Overall results of the Annual Shareholders Meeting of 2014

The Annual Shareholders Meeting was taken place in South River port on 18th of April, 2014. The members of the Meeting examined and approved the annual report and the company's new Charter.

The members of the Board of Directors of JSC "SOUTH RIVER PORT" was reelected.

The following decisions were made at the first meeting of newly elected Board of Directors, held also on 18th of April: General Director of JSC "Moscow River Shipping company" Mr. Konstantin Anisimov has been elected a Chairman of the Board Meeting, Mr. Bakhtier Kasimov has been reelected a CEO for a term of 3 years.
